What if it happens again?
We clean it off again. Remote cleanups and check-ups are unlimited the whole time you're on a plan.
What if I don't need a plan?
Then we'll say so. We look at what you have first, free. Sometimes the honest answer is that a plan isn't worth it for you.
Do I have to be a business?
No. Most plans are one computer in somebody's house. The business tools start at Care Premium.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans, yes, anytime. You keep coverage through the month you've paid for, and it doesn't renew after that. Payments already made aren't refunded, and annual plans aren't refundable, so we look at what you have first and tell you if a plan isn't worth it.
What does 24/7 actually mean?
Huntress analysts read the alerts overnight and on weekends. If something real hits your machine they cut it off the network and call us.
Are parts covered?
Labor and looking at it, yes. Parts are quoted separately at our normal price, and you see the quote first.
