What a plan is
What you're paying for
A plan covers the work we'd otherwise bill you for one job at a time. Monitoring runs on the computer, the antivirus license stays current, and when something goes wrong the labor is already paid for.
Most people find us after something already happened. The plan is for what comes next: the cleanup nobody bills you for, the reinstall when Windows won't behave, the look at a slow machine before it quits on you.
If a plan isn't worth it for what you have, we'll tell you. On most jobs, the diagnosis is free either way.

EnterpriseStaff security training available with Enterprise.
Included services cover labor. Parts are quoted separately. All prices plus tax, and a 2.5% fee on credit card payments (not debit). Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime: you keep coverage through the month you've paid for, and it doesn't renew after that. Payments already made aren't refunded, and annual plans aren't refundable. If a computer needs repair work before a plan can start, that work is quoted and billed as a separate job. Plan diagnostics are free on the computers we normally service. Machines with liquid cooling, servers, and machines with more than one main board need an advanced diagnostic, which is $40. Lab data recovery isn't included in any plan.
